📜 Terms and conditions

• You must be aged 18 or over and must present an ID to commission me.
• I will need you to provide a reference for your character with all the necessary information. If you don't have any visual reference but a detailed description, there may be additional charges.
• The time it takes for me to complete your commission may vary, it will take priority over other artworks but 'IRL' duties come first, so please be patient. I will keep you informed on my progress and ask for your opinion on areas to ensure I deliver what you want. Feel free to give constructive criticism, but please be respectful.
• Throughout the process, whenever I contact you, I will expect responses within 72 hours. I will ask you to reply within this time frame, especially when there is missing information preventing me from continuing your commission. Depending on the circumstances, if I don't hear back from you in the expected time frame, the commission may end, and you will receive only what you paid for.
• When tipping, do not mention anything NSFW, commissions or any of my accounts, this is to protect my accounts from being locked/banned.
• You are not allowed to sell my art in NFTs. If I find out it's been sold as one, you will be blocked and blacklisted.
• You are not allowed to put my art through any sort of AI of any kind. Doing this will get you blacklisted and outed to other artists to not work with you.

⏩ The process

1. 📣 Announcement

Wait for me to make an announcement that my commissions are open on BlueSky, Furaffinity or Telegram.

2. 📝 Apply for a commission

Once my commissions are open, come to this page and fill out the form linked and order one.

3. 🪑 The waiting period

After my selections have been made, I will reach out to the individual clients, confirming the commission.

4. 🎨 Working on the commission

When it becomes time for me to work on your commission, I will reach out, arrange and confirm any detail, verify your ID, and then send the invoice. After that, I will start working on your commission.

During the commission, I will keep you informed on my progress in steps: rough sketch, cleaned sketch, lineart, flat colors, rough lighting, render. During those updates, suggestions, changes and tweaks are possible, however any major changes after the rough sketch, cannot be made without negotiating the price.

Once the artwork has been finalized and the commission has been finished, I will send you a high quality file of the artwork.

💵 Payment

I can accept payment through Artistree (which uses PayPal as checkout platform) or Wise in euro (EUR). Payment in other currencies won't be accepted. However, both Artistree and Wise already take care of converting currencies at the time of payment.

Depending on how the payment has been arranged when I reach out, I will expect payments to be done within 48 hours. The payment can be delayed if an emergency arises.
If you fail to pay the arranged amount within the timeframe, the commission will end, and you will receive only what you paid for. Failing to pay may also result in blacklisting.

🪪 ID verification

To comply with the law, and to properly make sure you are an adult, you will be required to present an ID when asked (ID, Driver's License, Passport). I will ask for a photo of your ID, only showing your date of birth, with a sticky note or paper sheet with your nickname (that you submitted in the form) and current date of when the verification is asked. You are free to censor any other detail regarding your identity. Once I verified that you are an adult, the photo will be destroyed to respect your privacy.

Lying about your age, will cause you to get blocked, blacklisted and outed to other artists to not work with you.

❌ Cancellation and refunds

As the artist, I reserve the right to refuse, reject, or cancel a commission at any stage. If the piece has already been started and it was canceled, I will partially refund your money and send you whatever progress I have on the product.
Commissions that have been completed will not be refunded.

🖌️ Usage of product

Once the commission is complete, I allow you to post the image to your own gallery along with cropping it into an icon; however, I must be credited whenever that occurs. If you want to modify or edit the work, ask permission before you do so.

As the artist, I retain the right to display the completed artwork in my gallery and use it as an example for my future work. I am also allowed to stream my process on the commission. If the commission is a gift and is desired to be a surprise, I am willing to be discreet about it. The piece won’t be posted until the agreed-upon date and will not be shown on stream. If there is a reasonable cause to do so, I will allow a private commission. You must tell me beforehand in the commission document.
