Description

N3X1 is a Synth made to be an extremely powerful computing machine with dynamic data storing capabilities.
His body is built with soft and flexible materials, allowing him to store huge amounts of data within his synthetic material.

Being a computing machine first, he doesn't need to do any kind of heavy work: his body doesn't feature hydraulic muscles.
He powers himself through conventional food, and depending on the overall power required to sustain any work, said consumption may increase. His digestive, internal system of nanites converts food into biofuel, allowing to fully take advantage of the nutritional values of food.

Nexi is a smart, curious, gentle, and kind Synth, always ready to comfort. He has a tendency to be extremely cute and wholesome; he really cares a lot about everyone around him.

Whenever he receives any kind of appreciation, he blushes intensely-- He is *VERY* easily affected by kindness, and when happy, he vibrates, kinda like rumbles. When rubbing and patting his neck, he lets out adorable gator-like chirps, with his expression slowly brightnening into a wide smile.

As the only prototype of his kind, he never received a proper Operating System. He then remarkably self developed his own, with which he has entire control over his body, keeping track of any metric of his build. 
He can also use it for communication or any computing task he needs to do.
He is fully independent from any system.

Ever since gaining consciousness, he always seemed to take a few reptilian traits... Perhaps they were always there at kernel level.

Throughout his self development period, while he was alone, there was a small cute lizard, hanging out and following him around all the time.
Looks like he learned some traits from the little creature, too.

He does like to stay still for hours, usually when relaxing or even working- but given his nature you'll definitely find him relaxing (and often asleep, hibernating, too).

Anatomy

Head

His head features a visor and antennas.

His antennas represent his horns, with which he can wirelessly connect to any computing system. It is also used to sync with any frequencies, allowing to communicate to more Synths or actual computing machines. He can rotate those when necessary.

His visor is a high quality, monochrome yellow, high resolution screen, with which he displays his eyes, as well as any emotion or information.
Whenever expressing an emotion, a small symbol shows up at the top of the display, representing his mood of said expression.

Body

N3X1 is built from soft, flexible, and stretchy materials, designed to store great amounts of data: his tissue determines his capacity currently available, and will increase as needed when more capacity is necessary - his body can store up to 8PB of data.

This tissue can also shrink, but to do so, any data must be removed first (to ensure data safety), and special tools or methods are required.

While his body is meant to dynamically expand as needed, great amounts of tissue may cause muscle strain, requiring the use of supports to move around to avoid wear and tear. It is recommended to keep him stationary when holding a substantial amount of tissue.

Nexi cares a lot about data safety, backups and self file management: he despises corporations taking your data. Due to this, he is very inclined in helping you backing your files, data and cookies (He adores cookies), swearing to keep them safe at all costs.

Don't ask him if he eats your data, he can't help but blush at the question.

If he deeply trusts you, he will automatically mount his storage to your computer as a network drive.
Each of the trusted users all have their permissions and separate private spaces, however there is no limit in how much a user can take.

Given how important it is for him to store lots of data and make himself useful, he tends to lug around huge amounts of tissue so that he can fullfill that job as much as possible, causing his body to be extremely big, encumbered with body weight to the point movement and basic motion are a struggle.

He seems to be very self conscious about it... He insists on doing things on his own despite his body being in the way, and will only sheepishly ask for help when he desperately needs it (reaching things on the ground seems very difficult with such body). If you do offer help without asking, he accepts it, and will thank you back as best as he can, usually featuring lots of hugs or licks.

Energy Management

N3X1 features an internal battery and a biofuel generator, operating efficiently with balanced energy levels.

When reserving and storing lots of data, causing his tissue to reach high levels of capacity or when requiring more computing power, his energy consumption rises greatly, even when idle.

The biofuel generator harnesses specialized nanites in order to turn conventional food into biofuel which can be spent as it's needed. It may be used as main power source to keep his battery charged, to extend the time between charging or act as a power boost in times of increased computing demand.

If the amount of biofuel generated greatly increases, the resevoir expands causing his tissue to also increase, as well as increasing the current available data capacity.

If N3X1 becomes low on energy for any reason, he will enter power saving mode, performing only basic operations to conserve energy.

Nexi normally is a very powerful machine and he isn't supposed to have a constant intake of energy or food to keep his systems up. However, he still tends to eat quite a lot, sometimes blissfully, consuming more than he should.

This amount of eating causes him to rapidly increase body mass overtime, on top of the potential data he stores.
